Dinner Dance invitations are on the way! And when you get yours, please know that this is the team that collated and stuffed the envelopes and sorted them for delivery to each family. Great job, Classroom 3 Team!
Just a little advance FYI, NSSA’s 22nd Annual Dinner For Our Children will be held on April 5 at Carlyle on the Green, Farmingdale. If you need an invitation and didn’t get one, please email DinnerDance@nssa.net and we’ll send one right out to you!
Today, several classrooms celebrated a classmate’s birthday at Wood Kingdom . Students had a blast bouncing, sliding and jumping and everyone did really well handling the unfamiliar, noisy environment!
Love was in the air today at NSSA, with the passing out of chocolates with little dog pictures (“Pugs’n’Kisses,” come on!!!), cake-pops, handmade cards, and chocolate-covered pretzels!
These kids – they’re *all* Our Valentines!!!
NSSA’s Adult Services Clients have been running a weekly Salad Shop for the staff at The Martin C. Barell School. The clients do everything, from taking orders, grocery shopping for supplies, assembling salads, ringing up orders, packaging, and delivering a delicious finished product. Not only do the clients seem to enjoy their responsibilities, they are learning useful life and job skills.
